Since childhood I always loved dance and music, but my family was firmly entrenched in business. Somehow I wound up going down that same path. I started out by founding and managing the TETTY kindergarten, which led me to taking over the family business called Bon Repos. But, none of these jobs were truly fulfilling, leaving me determined to make a change, to find a place where I could be happy. So I embarked on a quest to search for my true self as well as my place, so I could become whole. Having made such great progress, I was anxious to share that experience with others so that they could do the same.
My journey as a therapist started when I was dealing with my own issues. I wasn’t content in my job and when a difficult family situation came along, it left me burned out. So I told myself: “Enough”. Since then I began studying, a lot. And after earning several diplomas, I finally got the job I was meant for.
I did yoga courses in India and practiced meditation in Nepal. In Berlin I learned a lot about music therapy. During my studies I went through several courses, obtained many certificates, and did and internship guided by Radkin Honzák, M.D., CSc. as my tutor. I spent a year working with physically and mentally challenged clients in Preston, UK. I have studied cognitive behavioural therapy in London for 3 years. In the meantime I also became an accredited yoga lecturer and registered member of National Counselling Society of the Great Britain.
